The Company provides notice and obtains consent for the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, which concerns the processing of personal information, and Article 15, which relates to the collection and use of personal information.

4. Disposal of personal information
The Company shall destroy personal information without delay in accordance with Article 21 of the Personal Information Protection Act when users notify the Company of their withdrawal of consent. At the time of disposal, all information remaining in the INNO program and documents shall be destroyed to prevent recovery or regeneration.
